1.This color image was sent from Curiosity Rover during its landing on Mars Surface on August 6th. Probably this was the first image it sent after landing on Red planet.

2. This image illustrates the circular swirls of dust made on Mars surface by the Rocket motor exhaust. During this time Curiosity Hangs in about 70 feet from ground.

4. This image has been acquired when Curiosity moves over to a certain distance after landing.
Note: All these images from Mars Descent Imager has been geometrically corrected to look flat.
