Indian Satellite to Mars Orbit

  India on a Mission to Mars!, Yes, India certain about sending their Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle(PSLV) to the Red Planet in order to study its atmosphere.  India will be the Sixth space power to make such an effort.  India's Union Cabinet likely to give final word to get go this mission with a estimated project price of around Rs.450 crore.

  This mission launch will takes place in October or November of 2013.  This mission already got its clearance from Space Commission last December.  After Moon's mission, ISRO to take up this challenge to send and place a satellite in the orbit of Mars.  Source says that " as per the proposed project schedule ISRO plants to launch a Mars Orbiter as early as November next year from Sriharikota.
